Terms and Conditions — 222rs Pakistan Gaming Platform

Welcome to 222rs. These Terms and Conditions form the complete legal agreement between you (the player) and 222rs (the platform) in relation to your use of the 222rs website, mobile platform and all associated services available at 222rs.biz. By creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager on the 222rs platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to every provision set out in this document.

This document applies to all players, regardless of how they access 222rs — through a desktop browser, a mobile browser or any other interface made available by the platform. Continued use of 222rs following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

222rs is operated as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving Pakistani players. All amounts on the platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms are written in English and the English version governs all disputes regardless of any informal communication in other languages.

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the specific meanings defined below:

Your 222rs account is personal to you and must not be shared with, accessed by or operated on behalf of any other individual. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including bets placed and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether you authorised that activity or not.

• Provide accurate and complete personal information at registration, including your correct legal name, date of birth, mobile number and any other information requested. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Keep your account password secure and do not share your login credentials with anyone. 222rs will never ask for your password through email, chat or phone.
• Notify the 222rs support team immediately at support@222rs.biz if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal details. Changes to your registered mobile number, name or payment method require identity verification before taking effect.
• Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may attract a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 deducted from the account balance. Accounts with a zero balance after dormancy may be closed.
• 222rs may request additional verification documents at any time for compliance or security purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension.

222rs is committed to maintaining a compliant and secure platform. In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements, the platform may require players to submit identity verification documents at various points in their account lifecycle.

KYC verification is triggered automatically when: (a) cumulative withdrawals in a 30-day period exceed Rs 100,000; (b) a single withdrawal request exceeds Rs 50,000; (c) 222rs risk systems flag unusual account activity; or (d) 222rs is otherwise required by applicable compliance procedures to verify a player's identity.

KYC submissions are reviewed within 24 working hours in standard cases. 222rs will not process withdrawals exceeding the automatic approval threshold until verification is complete. Submitting false or forged documents constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

All financial transactions on 222rs are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 222rs does not charge deposit fees on any payment method. Withdrawal fees are also zero for mobile wallet methods. Bank charges that may apply to IBFT transfers are the responsibility of the sending or receiving bank, not 222rs.

• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 1–10 minutes for amounts below the KYC threshold.
• IBFT bank transfers are processed within 1–2 business days subject to interbank clearing schedules.
• Visa/Mastercard withdrawal timelines are 3–5 business days, subject to issuing bank processing.
• 222rs reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for up to 72 hours for security or compliance review without notice.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals or fraudulent deposit attempts will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Players may only have one pending withdrawal request at a time. Additional requests are queued and processed in order.

222rs offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to its players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• All bonuses at 222rs are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount, meaning a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable real money.
• The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household and per payment method. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through separate accounts constitutes fraud.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money balance. Real money funds are always staked first. When real money balance reaches zero, bonus funds are used.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that result in winnings do not automatically generate withdrawable funds — the full wagering requirement on the bonus must first be satisfied.
• Only bets at minimum odds of 1.50 (in decimal format) count towards sports betting wagering requirements. Casino game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type — slots contribute 100%, live table games including baccarat contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus offers expire within the timeframe stated in each promotion. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are forfeited without compensation.
• 222rs reserves the right to withhold, modify or withdraw any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: betting on all outcomes to guarantee a win, coordinated account activity, exploiting technical errors or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics.
• Players who wish to opt out of receiving bonuses may contact the 222rs support team to request a bonus-free account status.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the 222rs platform, including pre-match, in-play (live betting) and special event markets.

• Bets are confirmed only when the 222rs platform returns a "Bet Accepted" confirmation. Bets that display an error or timeout are not confirmed regardless of funds deducted — such deductions are reversed automatically.
• Minimum single bet: Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market and event — displayed at the time of bet placement. 222rs may reduce maximum bet limits for individual players at its sole discretion.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. 222rs may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted before a market suspension are valid.
• Bets will be settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket, this is the match umpires' final decision as reported by official scorecards. For PSL, the PCB official result is used.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the qualifying period for settlement has been reached, bets are voided and stakes are returned. The qualifying period for cricket (Tests: 2 innings minimum; T20/ODI: completion of first innings).
• 222rs reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a clear pricing error. Players will be notified and stakes returned. Winnings generated from manifest errors are not paid.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets: if one or more legs are voided, the bet is recalculated with the remaining legs. A single-leg accumulator reverts to a single bet.

All casino and live casino games offered on 222rs use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are available from the individual game information screens within the 222rs casino lobby.

• Casino game outcomes are final once a round resolves. Technical issues experienced by the player (poor internet connection, device failure, browser crash) do not constitute grounds for voiding a completed round where a valid bet was placed and the round resolved normally at the server level.
• Live dealer game rules — including drawing rules for baccarat, hand rankings for poker and payout structures for all table games — are governed by the rules displayed within each individual game interface. These take precedence over any general casino description on the 222rs site.
• Progressive jackpot prizes are paid out in the amount displayed at the time of winning. Due to the real-time nature of jackpot pools, minor discrepancies in the displayed amount at the moment of win and the final credited amount are possible and are not considered errors.
• Side bets in live table games are settled according to the specific rules of each side bet as described in the in-game information. Not all side bets contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements — check individual game contribution rates on the promotions page.
• Crash game bets must be placed before the round begins. Any bet submitted after the round start is rejected automatically. Cash-out must be triggered before the crash event — uncashed bets that survive until crash are lost.

222rs expects all players to behave in a respectful, honest and lawful manner at all times when using the platform, including in live game chat features, when interacting with customer support and when engaging with promotions.

222rs employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity, betting patterns, payment behaviour and device usage around the clock. Any activity that 222rs reasonably suspects constitutes fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse or any other form of dishonest play will be investigated.

During an investigation, 222rs may freeze account access and withhold pending withdrawals. Where fraud is confirmed, 222rs will: permanently close the account; forfeit the entire account balance; reverse any withdrawals processed in the preceding 90 days where permitted; and report the matter to relevant financial or law enforcement authorities where legally required. 222rs cooperates fully with Pakistani financial intelligence units and banking regulators.

222rs is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of player protection tools, all accessible from your account settings without needing to contact support. These tools are available to every player at all times and requests to reduce or impose restrictions take effect immediately.

222rs will not knowingly accept bets from or process withdrawals for players who have active self-exclusions. 222rs provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the platform strives to maintain continuous availability and accurate pricing, 222rs does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of technical defects at all times.

222rs shall not be liable for: loss of winnings arising from technical failure where the round did not fully resolve at the server level; disruption to service caused by events outside the platform's reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, power failures, telecommunications outages or government-mandated restrictions; or for indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any nature howsoever caused. The maximum liability of 222rs to any player in respect of any single claim is limited to the amount of the relevant deposit or bet stake involved.

Players may close their 222rs account at any time by contacting support@222rs.biz. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to the most recently used payment method. Real money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned. Accounts in active self-exclusion follow the self-exclusion timeline rather than standard closure procedures.

222rs may terminate or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where: the player is found to have breached these Terms; fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected; account information is found to be materially false; or the platform is required to do so by regulatory authorities. In the event of termination for cause, 222rs reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, to forfeit the balance entirely.

222rs reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the platform will notify players by: (a) displaying a prominent notice on the 222rs homepage for at least 7 days; and/or (b) sending a notification to the registered mobile number associated with each account.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the 222rs platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you should close your account before the amendment takes effect.
